Oh, Mary! — live performance at Lyceum Theatre

Set in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln's assassination, Cole Escola’s one-act play examines Mrs. Lincoln’s suffocated existence, unrequited yearning, and suppressed desires through the lens of an idiot. The production re-evaluates her forgotten life and dreams, guided by Sam Pinkleton’s direction. Both Pinkleton and Escola earned Tony Awards for their work on the show, which The New York Times declared one of the best comedies in years.
