Description
Operating for a decade, OG Yoga shapes its programs around research, structured delivery methods, and served populations. Its outreach spans over 50 community partnerships supporting trauma survivors, including youth, seniors, military personnel and veterans, disabled individuals, and those experiencing abuse, addiction, homelessness, or incarceration. Alongside regular classes, the organization also conducts a 200-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training School.
