Oculus Plaza

The modern plaza hides a surprising sense of scale: it doesn’t look very big on the outside but is huge once you get inside, opening into a vast layout where shops and dining options go on and on. Beyond the design, it serves as a highly connected launchpad. You can easily transition to the subway, or set out on foot toward the World Trade Center memorial and the embarkation point for Liberty and Ellis Island ferries.
