Oceanside Events Center / Wonderland Ballroom
4.0 (299)music_venue
A storied Revere ballroom turned multi-room complex, hosting touring acts, live concerts, and vibrant nightlife.
Description

The Wonderland moniker dates back to a 1906 amusement park, though the current complex took shape in the early 1960s as a social-dance hub hosting big bands like Guy Lombardo, Buddy Rich, and Tito Puente. Spanning 33,000 square feet, the property now pairs that heritage with contemporary programming ranging from cultural celebrations to combat sports productions.
The layout accommodates over 2,000 people across three levels, centered on the 1,350-capacity historic ballroom equipped with d&b line arrays and a 9x16-foot LED wall, flanked by the second-floor Congas Room and a lower-level space. Guests regularly praise the concert audio and lighting rigs, though some report inconsistent door and table service policies.
