Founded by Abe Rodriguez, the space operates under a rental salon model where stylists run their own practices while completing mandatory training classes to maintain technique. Appointments across the floor center on cuts, custom color, and targeted hair work like undercuts. Rather than sharing foot traffic with the styling chairs, the spa maintains a separate entrance designed to preserve an uninterrupted, relaxing atmosphere away from the social energy of the salon.
