Known locally as Portland Baha and established in 2009, the center functions as a ritual and performance space alongside a library of old and new Buddhist texts. It focuses on sharing the practices, arts, and living culture of Nepal’s indigenous Kathmandu Valley communities, enlivening teachings through art and devotion within what visitors describe as a peaceful setting for cultural and spiritual exploration.
