Nova Market and Café

Founded by Ornit “Oreo” Aroni and inspired by her mother Vered, the café grew from a shared dedication to food and community. The counter showcases Varda’s Kitchen homemade salads and prepared dishes alongside fresh daily baked goods. All preparation takes place in an on-site kitchen certified dairy kosher Mehadrin by Chabad of Nashville, while the name pays tribute to the spirit of the Nova Festival in Israel through themes of resilience, hope, and hospitality.
