Founded in 2004 by Augusto Carneiro, the roaster complements his family’s Sul de Minas background with long-term direct-trade partnerships with family farms and cooperatives in Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Peru. Sourced beans are served from its SE Division Street cafe, where the operation functions as a Certified B Corporation and a Certified Organic handling facility under Oregon Tilth.
