The complex functions primarily as an active sports hub, featuring 12 baseball and softball fields alongside dedicated courts for basketball, tennis, and sand volleyball. It serves as home base for Apopka Little League and Pop Warner programs, sharing field space with city-run leagues that span youth soccer, flag football, adult kickball, and softball. Outside organized team play, the grounds provide an AdventHealth-sponsored outdoor gym, toddler and youth playgrounds, four pavilions, and a .9-mile walking trail.
