Northwest Dance Studio

Founder Sarah Swindell established the studio after stepping away from classical ballet—including an apprenticeship with Orlando Ballet—following personal struggles with weight and body image. Returning to dance as an instructor, she shaped a space where dancers come as you are, but expect to be pushed to your best. In place of appearance-first comparisons and anxieties, classes deliberately foster an environment centered on respect, honor, and connection.
