North Shore Yoga Co-Op

Set inside the Church of Christ Recreation Center gymnasium, the collective has brought certified teachers together since 2007. Practices span a varied lineup, ranging from vinyāsa and hatha to yin and keiki or teen yoga alongside live-music restorative gatherings. The airy gymnasium leaves plenty of space to spread out, with instructors offering verbal alignment cues adaptable to different experience levels. There are no advance sign-ups needed—attendees simply bring their own mat and props.
