Before opening in Laie in 2025, founder Hanh spent over two decades running Vietnamese sandwich shops and boba spots across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Utah. She brought that culinary background to Oʻahu after selling her mainland businesses, centering the truck on traditional Vietnamese recipes made with fresh ingredients and dishes like honey grilled pork rice bowls.
