Drawing on the beach culture north of San Diego, the kitchen centers its menu on seafood flown in daily paired with local and seasonal produce. Plates extend beyond fish tacos to include traditional ceviches, oysters, and tortas, with both flour and corn tortillas made in-house. Behind the bar, cocktails feature fresh-squeezed juices and 100% Blue Weber Agave tequilas, complemented by Mexican and Californian craft beers, an extensive wine list, and spiked sodas batched and bottled on location.
