Description
Located at Officer Austin Machitar Memorial Park, the center was built in 1960 on park land acquired in 1954. Organized programming centers on year-round tennis lessons alongside seasonal youth sports such as basketball, soccer, and flag football. In addition to athletic courts, the grounds include a playground and a passive use area, supported indoors by activity spaces, a kitchen, and office space.
