North Avenue Beach

Set along Lincoln Park's shoreline, the beach centers around a 22,000-square-foot blue-and-white structure fitted with upper decks and portholes that frame the horizon and overlook crowds moving along the lakefront trail. Across the wide stretch of sand, the waterfront draws people for swimming, sunbathing, and people-watching, with amenities including volleyball courts as well as bike and rollerblade rentals.
