Founded by Trapani native Salvatore Fraterrigo, the intimate dining room is decorated with a Mattanza painting referencing traditional tuna fishing. Behind the restaurant's humble exterior, the kitchen prepares dishes like octopus carpaccio and thin, light-crust pizzas baked in a gas-fired oven imported from Sicily. The focus on simplicity is carried through to the Trenette al pomodoro, served with a bright, rich tomato sauce, and arancini filled with meaty ragù, peas, and mozzarella.
