Kabin is a Nordic inspired coffee cocktail bar in Manhattan at 300 Spring Street, serving single origin pour overs by day and coffee infused cocktails at night. A highly knowledgeable crew pours guest roasters such as DAK at the counter. The Saturday slow bar runs seatings at 10 AM and 11 AM. A cabin style design keeps the program down to earth. After dark the menu shifts to light bites and unique coffee infused cocktails in a low key, intimate room. Coffee runs 8 AM to 4 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. The evening menu starts at half past four, Monday through Saturday.
