Noodleosophy grew out of a reunion between two university friends—a Silicon Valley software engineer and a financial consultant—who bonded over a shared devotion to Chinese noodles. Their journey across China focused on tracking down recipes grounded in regional culture and history, providing the blueprint for introducing those traditional noodle dishes to the States.
