Nomikai by Sushi Saint
4.8 (41)restaurant
Celebratory Japanese dining where acclaimed sushi meets shareable feasts of koji-aged tomahawks and miso King salmon.
Description

Conceived by 86 Hospitality in the heart of Orlando’s most visited corridor, the restaurant builds directly on the sushi program that earned Sushi Saint a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Named after the Japanese custom of a social gathering shaped by food and drink, the room pivots around that pedigree with a wider communal focus. The kitchen supplements its raw-bar foundation with dishes like hamachi truffle potato and large-format plates designed to be passed across the table.
