Description

Ninfa's serves traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex staples in a casual, family-friendly setting along the Gulf Freeway. Its history stretches back to 1973 in Houston's East End, when Mama Ninfa Laurenzo began grilling skirt and serving the sizzling meat in handmade flour tortillas inside her family's tortilla factory, launching the tacos al carbon that became a bedrock of Tex-Mex cooking.
