Description

The collection spans more than 150 works alongside artifacts detailing Roerich's life, Asian cultural influences, and peace efforts. Rooms are relaxed and densely adorned, an uncrowded setting to examine his art and set designs up close. The reception area and the third-floor Himalayan gallery are continuously scented with natural botanical oils; other rooms are unscented, and fragrance-sensitive visitors can limit their time there.
