Hosted at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, this holiday exhibition centers on large-scale gingerbread displays crafted with professional culinary techniques. Beyond the edible architecture, the space transitions into an interactive environment where visitors can engage in cookie decorating and crafts. The program is designed for families, featuring scheduled character appearances such as Lunch with Elsa and visits with Santa, alongside sessions for children’s story time and on-site concessions.
