Stephen A. Schwarzman Building

Set at Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street, the building pairs public research spaces with free walk-through galleries. Its Treasures exhibition displays landmark holdings, including a Gutenberg Bible, the original Winnie-the-Pooh stuffed animals, Ottoman illuminated manuscripts, Burmese palm-leaf texts, and an early print of the Declaration of Independence. Visitors can explore the halls independently, join docent-led tours, or work quietly in dedicated researcher study areas.
