Three New York Meals, Three Ways to Plan

This three-stop New York lineup moves from adaptable catering at Café 424 to a formal townhouse meal at Casa Cruz and self-directed lunch at Casa Toscana Bryant Park. Choose by group size, occasion, or service style.

Three Distinct Meal Formats

Group-Size Flexibility

Café 424 works for plans that need flexibility, from a neighborhood pickup to catering for an office gathering. The kitchen adapts menus to specific dietary restrictions, and the venue offers takeout, delivery, and catering. Wednesday through Friday service runs from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Office catering can serve up to 80 people. It fits a planned group meal better than an unstructured coffee stop.

Townhouse Celebration

Casa Cruz brings a formal restaurant setting to a Beaux-Arts townhouse on East 61st Street. Its rooms, bars, and rooftop support celebratory meals and private events, with lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday. The kitchen is led by John Fraser, and the venue carries year-round rooftop access. Cocktails run later than dinner on Thursday through Saturday. Its private-event focus makes advance planning part of the experience.

Outdoor Kiosk Lunch

Casa Toscana Bryant Park keeps lunch self-directed at an outdoor kiosk. Order at the counter, then wait for your name before settling into the park. The menu includes pastries, salads, sandwiches, coffee, seasonal bowls, and focaccia made with organic, stone-ground flours. Daily hours run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, making this the earliest and most flexible service window of the three. The setup favors people who want a quick, outdoor meal without table service.
