Description

The shop traces its roots to 1987, when refugee founders Thai Nguyen and Ha Pham established New Saigon Restaurant. In 2012, their daughters and sons-in-law opened this bakery and deli next door. Following the sale of the original restaurant in 2017, the family carried forward their presence on Federal Boulevard, pairing homemade Vietnamese street food with affordable banh mi and quick, friendly service.
