New Holly Rockery Community Garden and Market Garden
4.8 (9)park
A community P-Patch shaped by local Southeast Asian residents, featuring hand-built bamboo fences and accessible beds.
Description

Relocated from Lower Holly Park in 2002 under a federal housing redevelopment grant, the 23,000-square-foot site sits on Seattle Housing Authority property. The grounds combine plots cultivated by NewHolly low-income housing residents with a dedicated youth garden. P-Patch gardener Ngeth Ton helped build several practical and creative fixtures across the space, including the greenhouse, storage shed, and garden art.
