Housed in a space defined by exposed brick and warm wood, this Dallas distillery focuses on a production process that eschews artificial extracts and sugars in favor of real botanicals. The experience centers on guided behind-the-scenes tours where visitors engage in interactive botanical smelling, followed by spirit tastings served in Glencairn glasses. Beyond the production of gin, bourbon, and vodka, the facility is designed with a high level of attention to its physical environment, from the intentional selection of art to the signature cocktails offered in their tasting area.
