Nellis Meadows Park

Shaded expanses of grass give the grounds an easygoing local pace, with room to picnic, watch dog training, or use the playground geared for small children. The setting is rarely peaceful, defined by regular overhead noise from landing aircraft. Along the perimeter, a hilltop spot against the chain-link fence also offers a view down into motorcycle and bike action on the neighboring dirt track.
