Description
Positioned at the north end of the bridge where the Capital Crescent Trail crosses River Road, the plaza transforms a former construction storage site dedicated in 2018 to former Montgomery County Executive Neal Potter. A path connecting from River Road leads past plantings, donor bricks, and a commemorative plaque on a boulder. Alongside the route, a three-sided display provides a trail map and biographical briefs of Potter, David Burwell, and Lee Wick Dennison.
