NE 31st St Public Shore (West) Street End Park

Managed by the Seattle Department of Transportation, the site is part of Seattle's Shoreline Street Ends program. The initiative converts an otherwise dead-end road into a designated public access point to the water for recreation, relaxation, and neighborhood use.
