Native Plant Giveaway

Hosted in partnership with the Los Angeles County Fire and Forestry Department, this event encourages residents to incorporate flora native to the Santa Monica Mountains into their own home landscapes. Staff are on hand to explain the ecological benefits of these species and provide practical advice on cultivation. Because the supply is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, it is an accessible, no-registration-required way to source plants and learn direct horticultural techniques from local forestry professionals.
