Designed primarily for adult women, the studio balances practical craft projects with restorative downtime. Offerings extend across yarn arts, vision gathering, and microgreens workshops, with hands-on making often grounded by intentional pauses—such as opening a craft session with a minute of guided deep breathing. Alongside intimate movement classes, the venue also hosts private instructor-led sessions for groups of 5 to 20 guests.
