Description
The kitchen began six years ago as a food-court counter called Tahchin inside Poway's Atlas Market before opening this standalone location. The dining room is anchored by warm hospitality from owner Ali, who personally greets guests alongside a fast, attentive staff. In addition to fresh grill items, the kitchen prepares authentic Persian staples such as ghormeh sabzi, koubideh, halim, and ash, turning out comforting, richly spiced dishes at reasonable prices.
