Set near Milwaukee and Karlov avenues, the 600-square-foot space accommodates up to 40 guests with a layout that includes accent seating, a bar corner with stools, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink.

Renters can bring their own food, drinks, and decorations for showers, parties, or studio photoshoots. Media and music run through a 70-inch Smart TV and built-in Bluetooth sound system, with reservations billed at flat hourly rates with no per-guest fees.
