Description
Beyond the elevated lookout, the tower grounds feature a locks of love fence, digital art installations, terrace seating, base-level cafes, and seasonal festivals. Dining ranges from casual spots to revolving fine dining restaurants such as n.GRILL and Hancook. While night views reveal the Han River and surrounding mountain backdrop, the indoor observation deck can feel crowded and pricey. The summit area can be reached via a short uphill walk from the public bus drop-off or as the endpoint of a hike along the Namsan Dulle-gil trail.
