Starting out over two decades ago as a deli and wine merchant in Smyrna, the kitchen leans into an unpretentious spirit famously summed up as foie gras in flip flops. Plates skew hearty and specific, pairing custom burgers and chicken sandwiches with a variety of dipping sauces and house pickles, or stacking the S.E.C. with shaved beef, caramelized onions, cheese, garlic spread, and a fried egg on an open-faced everything bagel. In the back, Eleanor's rounds out the menu with creative cocktails and pours of cabernet through lunch, brunch, and dinner.
