🍵 Four Countries on the Menu

Leo Café at Asia Society Museum puts lunch beneath a sunlit glass ceiling. The atmosphere is peaceful, a setting for an unhurried pause during your afternoon. At 725 Park Avenue, the menu draws on dishes from Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand, with noodle bowls and salads alongside cold sandwiches.

Order a saffron chai latte and consider the grilled tofu sandwich or the bacon cheese sandwich. Vegetarian options are available, and the dishes are displayed to help you choose before ordering. A large scholar stone stands in one corner of the room. The operator, Great Performances, builds globally inspired menus around seasonal ingredients, including organic produce from Katchkie Farm in upstate New York.

Keep the daytime hours in mind when arranging your afternoon. The café opens Tuesday through Sunday from half past eleven AM to half past three PM and closes on Monday.
