Run by certified practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher Lizz Bacon, the practice focuses on sound and energy therapies designed to release energetic blockages, manage pain, and reduce stress. Group sound baths expand the experience with gongs and handpans, alongside personalized meditation coaching and 1:1 biofield tuning. Sessions are available in person as well as remotely via Zoom.
