Description

Acquired in 1922 and named for former Oregonian editor Harvey W. Scott, the 11.22-acre park features accessible picnic areas, a playground, horseshoe pits, and softball fields linked by paved and unpaved paths. Beyond standard recreation facilities, the grounds host celosia and marigolds grown in collaboration with Latinx PDX for Día de los Muertos observances, alongside a dedicated planting project established to boost local biodiversity.
