An orchestral evening celebrating beloved soundtracks and hit numbers from famous movies and stage musicals.
Description
The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre hosts an evening dedicated to the architecture of soundtracks, where a full ensemble performs orchestral arrangements of legendary film scores and showtunes. The programme focuses on the familiar, tracing the emotional signatures of stage and screen through live performance rather than recorded audio. Expect a focus on the iconic themes from stage musicals, reinterpreted to emphasize the scale and texture of a live orchestra within the auditorium.
