Pete and Trish launched Moustaki after summers spent tasting gyros across Greece, setting out to recreate Athenian street food in Philadelphia. Beyond the wraps, the kitchen works with fresh dough and traditional dips, rounding out the plates with fresh ingredients, spices, and homemade tzatziki.
