Led by Head Coach James Picken, drills are tailored around individual gaps across defense, midfield, goalkeeping, and attack. The approach extends beyond the pitch by looping in the sidelines: parents are encouraged to take notes and photos during sessions, reinforced by homework assigned after each lesson to keep practice going at home.
