This NYC debut of the Korean brand hosts diners in private booths designed to evoke a retro Japanese alleyway, far removed from the surrounding Manhattan streets. Alongside the standard grill-it-yourself cuts, the kitchen offers an omakase-set served with truffle egg. Staff are on hand to explain the menu details and navigate the sake menu.
