Set inside the Portland Food Hall in the Yamhill District, Moosubi was introduced in the summer of 2025 by chef Jasmine Rubenfield and co-owner Daniel Rubenfield. The counter prepares Hawaiian fusion cuisine made daily, rounding out the lineup with plant-based options like vegan tofu katsu.
