At 6th and Peabody in SoBro, an Ole Smoky moonshine distillery and a craft brewery share one sprawling compound. The outdoor beer garden trades a row of bar stools for picnic tables, red umbrellas and cornhole boards, with room to make the game part of the outing. String lights stretch above the yard, and stages sit both indoors and outside.
There is more to the drinks than choosing a pint. You can join guided distillery tours and moonshine tastings, with flights of house made drinks alongside beer. Between rounds, the free arcade adds another way to spend time here. White Duck Tacos is among the food options on site, making a food break part of the same stop.
Find it at 423 6th Ave S, where the distillery, brewery and backyard games stay together. Opening hours run daily from 10 AM to 11 PM, and tastings are for ages 21 and over.
