Founder Tony arrived from Italy in 1957, opening a deli in Los Angeles before moving east and growing Montesini across Pennsylvania and New Jersey from 1973 onward. In Maple Shade, the menu broadens out to include Queen Margherita pizzas, calzones, and burgers alongside Italian wedding soup, the Pollo Montesini salad, and hot and honey wings.
