Founded by Luis Moreno after working across music and food service, Mobar Coffee Co. pairs a mall setup with farm-direct beans and a roster of distinct drinks. Alongside standard vanilla lattes, the counter pours creations like a Dubai Chocolate-inspired drink with chocolate cold foam and a dirty iced chai with oat milk. In addition to daily cafe service, the outfit also runs mobile barista catering.
