Beyond the standard menu, the dining experience extends to an omakase chef’s choice menu suited for special occasions. Co-owner Hisako, a native of Osaka, shapes the room with hospitality and special events year-round. The restaurant's third co-owner is former professional baseball pitcher Masao Kida, whose career across Japan and Major League Baseball included stints with the Seattle Mariners, Dodgers, and Yomiuri Giants.
