Operating in the Mission District for 25 years, the studio builds on traditional hot sequences with a varied mix of movement and ritual. The lineup pairs high-intensity sessions like Hot Box Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates with slower practices centered on breath, sound, and Yin Yoga.
