Inside a zen minimalist interior at Icon Village, the dining experience centers on an open kitchen where chefs explain each dish before you begin the course. The presentations are highly visual, featuring dishes such as lean tuna with yuzu zest, silver beltfish with fermented yuzu, and a wagyu uni rice bowl. Because raw fish is a core element of the menu, the kitchen cannot accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or non-seafood diets.
